Palm Activity is run by RunSaison, Jérémy Techer's concierge service on Réunion Island. Jérémy takes care of everything: preparing the bungalows, welcoming you, maintaining the hot tubs and answering your questions. He knows the south of the island inside out and is happy to share his favourite beaches, hikes and restaurants.

What time can I arrive?

From 4 pm. We call you as soon as your bungalow is ready. Check-out is by 11 am.

How do I get the keys?

Self check-in: the gate code and your key box code are sent before arrival. The key box is on your terrace, next to the door.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, each bungalow has an equipped kitchenette, and there is a barbecue in the garden.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes, the bed is made on arrival and towels and a welcome kit are provided.

Are the hot tubs private?

No, the two heated hot tubs are shared by the four bungalows, 4 people max in each, open 9 am – 9 pm.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, on request before booking. Any damage caused by a pet will be charged.

Do I need a car?

Strongly recommended on Réunion Island. Each bungalow has its own parking space.
